Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft AI to lead revenue-generating presales for the Data & AI practice. You will own AI solution design across Copilot for M365, Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform, coordinating with Fabric, Purview, and Security specialists to deliver integrated client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft AI and automation technologies: Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, or Copilot for M365.
• Experience designing and building AI agents, conversational AI solutions, or intelligent automation workflows in client-facing contexts.
• Demonstrated track record carrying personal revenue or bookings targets ($3M+ annually).
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Purview for integrated designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and technical assessments to understand client AI objectives.
• Architect AI solutions using Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with Fabric/Power BI, Purview, and Security specialists to assemble multi-discipline solutions.
• Translate designs into proposals with clear scope boundaries, assumptions, and risk considerations.
• Deliver executive presentations on AI strategy and adoption and drive revenue from engagements.
