Job summary
SHI seeks a Senior Director, Digital Workplace to lead SHI's Digital Workplace within Microsoft Services. You’ll unify Collaboration, Workplace Platform, and Change Management under one operating model to deliver integrated workplace solutions and measurable client outcomes.
You’ll own headcount planning, capacity, delivery quality, adoption, and market growth, managing managers and practice leaders across domains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical, business, or organizational field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, digital workplace, or related Microsoft practices.
- 5+ years leading managers/directors with accountability for people, delivery, and business performance.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive and related tools.
- Experience engaging enterprise executives and guiding complex workplace technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Set unified direction for Digital Workplace across collaborations, platform, and change management.
- Translate Work IQ investments into SHI services roadmap and investment agenda.
- Lead leaders responsible for Collaboration, Workplace Platform, and Change Management.
- Provide executive oversight for multi-workstream engagements spanning collaboration, migrations, identity, and security.
- Grow Digital Workplace services revenue through repeatable offerings and strategic pursuits.
- Communicate priorities and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
