Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy to lead the adoption and growth of the CTMS within the Veeva Clinical Operations suite. This role defines market strategy, drives executive initiatives, and aligns cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and services.

You will partner with Sponsors, CROs, and biotechs to accelerate go-to-market, gather insights, and shape the CTMS roadmap based on customer feedback and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership in clinical software/SaaS/PaaS.
• Proven Operator who can move between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Exceptional communication with diverse audiences including C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Go-to-Market Strategy to increase CTMS adoption among Sponsors, CROs, and biotechs.
• Engage with customers as trusted advisor and quantify the value of CTMS.
• Support Sales with target account planning and education on cloud-native CTMS benefits.
• Represent Veeva at industry events to shape market opportunity and credibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Services to refine CTMS roadmap and messaging.
• Gather customer feedback on trials to inform product strategy and regulatory considerations.
