Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy to lead the market adoption and growth of the CTMS within the Veeva Clinical Operations suite.

This strategic leader will bridge high-level planning with cross-functional execution to optimize sponsor and CRO trial management. The role requires a deep background in clinical software/SaaS strategy, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence at the executive level while driving practical delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership and go-to-market experience in clinical software/SaaS.
• Ability to lead at executive strategy level and drive detailed execution.
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences including C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GTM strategy to grow CTMS adoption among Sponsors, CROs, and biotechs.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to articulate value of CTMS solution.
• Partner with sales to define target accounts and support strategic cycles.
• Represent Veeva at industry events to drive awareness and market opportunity.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Services to shape CTMS roadmap.
