Veeva Systems is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Strategy to drive adoption and growth of our CTMS within the Clinical Operations suite. This role blends strategic leadership with cross-functional execution across product, marketing, and sales.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in clinical software/SaaS, strong communication with C-level stakeholders, and a track record of driving market success for complex cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership, business development, or go-to-market strategy in a clinical software/SaaS/PaaS environment.
• Proven operator who can switch between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Go-to-Market Strategy to increase CTMS adoption among Sponsors, CROs, and biotechs.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to articulate CTMS value and impact.
• Support sales teams in defining target accounts and enabling revenue growth.
• Represent Veeva as a CTMS evangelist at industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Services to shape CTMS roadmap.
• Collect market insights on decentralized trials and risk-based monitoring to guide strategy.
