Veeva Systems is seeking a Director of Strategy to accelerate adoption of the CTMS within the Veeva Clinical Operations suite. This strategic leader will shape market strategy and cross-functional execution with life sciences sponsors, CROs, and biotechs.

You will partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to align go-to-market plans, drive customer value, and ensure execution at the executive level while delivering measurable outcomes across trials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership, business development, or GTM strategy in a clinical software/SaaS/PaaS environment.
• Proven operator capable of high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Exceptional communication for diverse audiences including C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilités

• Drive Go-to-Market Strategy to increase CTMS adoption among Sponsors, CROs, and biotechs.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to demonstrate CTMS value and operational impact.
• Support Sales by defining target accounts and educating on cloud-native CTMS advantages.
• Represent Veeva as a thought leader at industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Services to refine CTMS positioning and roadmap.
• Gather market feedback to inform product strategy and trial management enhancements.
