Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Strategy to drive adoption and growth of the CTMS within the Veeva Clinical Operations suite. This strategic leader will blend market insight with executional rigor to streamline sponsor and CRO trials.

The role requires 10+ years of strategic leadership in clinical software/SaaS, exceptional communication, and a Bachelor’s degree. This is a work-from-anywhere position with flexible office options across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership, business development, or GTM strategy in clinical software/SaaS/PaaS.
• Proven operator capable of high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive go-to-market strategies for CTMS within Veeva's Clinical Operations suite.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to articulate the value of CTMS in trial oversight and efficiency.
• Partner with Sales to target accounts and enable revenue growth.
• Represent Veeva at industry events to shape market opportunity and credibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Services to refine CTMS positioning and roadmap.
• Capture market feedback to improve CTMS and overall business strategy.
