Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director of Strategy to drive CTMS adoption within the Clinical Operations suite. The role operates at the executive strategy level while ensuring cross-functional execution to accelerate market penetration.

You will engage sponsors and CROs, shape go-to-market plans, and represent Veeva at industry events to drive demand. A strong background in clinical software and SaaS plus excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategic initiatives in clinical software/SaaS/PaaS.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed execution.
• Excellent communication to engage technical and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Go‑to‑Market Strategy – lead adoption and usage of CTMS for Sponsors, CROs, and biotechs.
• Engage with Customers – act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and demonstrate CTMS value.
• Support Sales Teams – collaborate with sales to target accounts and support strategic cycles.
• Industry Thought Leadership – represent Veeva at key events and conferences to build credibility.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – align Product, Marketing, and Services on CTMS roadmap.
• Market Insights & Feedback – gather feedback on trial management trends and inform product strategy.
