Job summary

Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to architect and scale our global channel and partnerships program in a fast-growing AI cybersecurity landscape. You will design strategy, recruit and onboard VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances, and lead a high-performing channel team to drive indirect revenue.

This remote role requires 40–50% travel, a track record of 30%+ channel-driven revenue, executive negotiation skills, and deep relationships with major channel

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• 5+ years in senior channel leadership (Director/VP).
• Proven track record building channel programs contributing 30%+ of revenue.
• Strong relationships with key cybersecurity channel players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program frameworks.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and tech alliances).
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team; manage partner relationships and incentive structures.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable channel support.
• Design and manage partner programs including certification, portals, and deal registration processes.
• Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to meet targets and report on ROI.
