Job summary

You will partner with account leadership and clients to translate business needs into actionable plans, oversee governance, and drive continuous improvement, including AI-enabled ways of working. This role demands strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in facilities management, business operations, or related field.
• Experience leading teams, programs, or large account initiatives.
• Strong business acumen; ability to influence across levels.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive storytelling with data.

• Translate business needs into integrated strategies, priorities, and execution plans.
• Lead programs that improve service delivery and visibility across teams.
• Drive operations, innovation, and account transformation initiatives.
• Manage schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and action plans.

• Lead change enablement, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
• Develop strategies and plans to support organizational transition and process improvement.
• Lead the account FM Center of Excellence with KPI management and governance.
