Job summary

JLL is seeking an IFM COE Director to enable strategy and integrated service delivery for a major financial services account. You will lead the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence, guiding Facility Management, Engineering, Health Safety and Environmental, Energy & Sustainability, and Business Programs.

The role requires building high-performing teams, driving cost savings, and liaising with Governance & Enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or MBA preferred.
• MBA or equivalent secondary degree preferred.
• Experience leading large teams and complex programs in CRE/Facilities Management is expected.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Management across the portfolio, including business continuity and financials.
• Lead EHS, Engineering, and Sustainability within the COE.
• Drive innovation and AI-enabled capabilities for service delivery.
• Develop and manage strategic programs aligning with client objectives.
• Hire, coach, and retain top talent; communicate with stakeholders.
