• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience leading teams, programs, or large account initiatives in a complex, client-facing environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and performance.
• Strong judgment, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability with KPI reporting experience.
• Strong project and program management skills across cross-functional initiatives.
