Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in corporate environments, third-party service provision, or consulting.

• Proven experience mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.
• Strong presentation skills for C-suite audiences and translating technical information into business value.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Manager by implementing client projects with AI-enabled planning.
• Develop programs to reduce operating costs and boost productivity using AI analytics.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting with AI-assisted tools.
• Manage capital and operating budgets with AI forecasting models.
