Guild seeks a Digital and Web Marketing Manager to lead our corporate web presence and paid media programs. You’ll own Guild.com, manage SEO, and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing with a results-driven mindset.

You’ll collaborate with design, content, and media partners, implementing front-end changes in Storyblok CMS and optimizing conversions through tests, analytics, and tool integrations. Role offers remote flexibility across the US.

Competenze

3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on work in web management and paid media.
Proven experience managing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads — in-platform or via agency oversight.
Comfortable front-end edits in HTML/CSS and implementing scripts/pixels via tag manager.
Experience with CMS platforms (ideally headless CMS) and web content management workflows.
Strong analytical skills: build reports, interpret data, and drive optimization decisions.
Solid project management skills with attention to detail; familiarity with ABM tools and first‑party data targeting.

Mansioni

Own Guild's corporate website management and prioritize web builds and projects across units.
Execute day-to-day website operations: publish content, build landing pages, front-end edits in Storyblok CMS.
Research, evaluate, and deploy new web tools to improve site conversion (chatbots, bookers, personalization).
Define and execute Guild's SEO and AEO strategy across traditional and AI-powered search.
Manage web vendor/agency relationships and QA/deploy backend work.
Lead paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing; partner with external agency for optimization.
Own campaign setup, trafficking, budget pacing, and pipeline-driven ROI.
Scale Guild's digital ABM program with our media agency for top accounts.
Collaborate with creative/content teams to brief and iterate ad copy/visuals.
