Job summary

Guild, headquartered in Denver, seeks a Sr. Digital and Web Marketing Manager to lead our corporate website and paid media programs. You will own Guild.com, run campaigns across LinkedIn/Google/Bing, and partner with a dev agency to deliver front-end updates and SEO improvements.

You will work with Marketing, Product, and Sales to optimize the buyer journey, run ABM initiatives, and translate analytics into actionable growth strategies. Remote-friendly, nationwide role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing with hands-on web management and paid media.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads—directly or via agency.
• Comfortable front-end edits in HTML/CSS and implementing scripts/pixels via tag manager.
• Experience with CMS platforms (ideally headless CMS) and web content workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to build reports, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate website management and prioritize web builds across units.
• Publish content, build landing pages, and edit pages in Storyblok CMS.
• Research and deploy new web tools to improve site conversion.
• Define and execute Guild's SEO/AEO strategy from technical health to content.
• Manage vendor/agency relationships for web development and deployment.
• Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing; optimize for ROI.
• Build and scale Guild's ABM program with external agency.
• Report KPIs using Salesforce and analytics dashboards; drive insights.
