Qualifications

• 8+ years in a business and technical consultative role with executive level interaction and a degree.
• 5+ years external, customer-facing experience in SaaS or Professional Services.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects in matrixed orgs.
• High methodology compliance (90%+) in a program management capacity.
• Experience with global eSignature regulations and data governance best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead customers through the business and organizational impact of digital transformation and change management strategies.
• Oversee commercial aspects: deal structuring, ROI estimation, SOW drafting.
• Create strategic programs, roadmaps, and business cases for executive alignment.
• Facilitate executive workshops and discovery sessions to define transformation plans.
• Provide expert viewpoints on regulatory compliance and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze legacy applications to chart a multi-year roadmap for modern IAM platform.
• Manage program risks and escalate issues at the executive level as needed.
• Advise on APIs, webhooks, and authentication integration points.
• Define and track KPIs and ROI to drive platform adoption.
• Mentor DTCs and cross-functional teams on project implementation.
• Travel up to 25%.
