Job summary

Docusign seeks a Senior Program Manager, GCCS, to connect leadership priorities with coordinated execution across regions, processes, and systems. You will lead governance, planning, change management, adoption, and executive visibility for priority programs in a large, matrixed organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and report to the GVP, Global Commercial Customer Success, supporting global program delivery from strategy through adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management or change management supporting customer-facing functions.
• Experience leading complex, global/multicultural programs with cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate leadership priorities into integrated plans, governance, cadences and execution.
• Experience supporting software process optimization and cross-functional deployments.
• Experience managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, governance and exec communications.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive programs across regions, manage dependencies and risks, and report progress to executives.
• Translate leadership priorities into integrated plans, milestones, owners, decision paths and outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global programs across multiple teams and systems.
• Establish program governance: charters, cadences, RACI, stage gates and escalation paths.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, resources, and health with executive updates.
• Develop and execute change-management strategies including readiness, communications and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities and accountability.
• Improve processes by removing duplication and enabling scalable multi-system execution.
• Ensure successful launches, field execution and post-launch retrospectives.
