Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to drive large-scale digital transformation programs for strategic customers across multiple sites and regions.

You will lead COE creation, use-case identification, ROI measurement, and change management to maximize value from the Docusign IAM platform. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation Services and collaborate with Account Executives, Engineers, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a business/technical consultative role with executive-level interaction; Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• 5+ years external, customer-facing experience within SaaS or Professional Services.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise projects within matrixed organizations.
• Experience achieving high methodology compliance (90%+) in program management.
• Experience with global eSignature regulations (eIDAS, UETA, ESIGN) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the business and organizational impact of digital transformation and change management.
• Oversee commercial project oversight, including deal structuring, ROI estimation, and SOW drafting.
• Create strategic programs, charters, roadmaps, and business cases to secure executive buy-in.
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic discovery sessions.
• Define and track KPIs and ROI to drive platform adoption.
• Mentor teams on implementation best practices and resource planning.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
