Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional, global programs within the Commerce Experiences Marketing pillar. You will drive end-to-end delivery across engineering and product teams, ensuring scalable platform solutions and measurable business impact.

You will partner with product, design, sales, legal, and finance to align roadmaps with customer outcomes, manage dependencies, and maintain program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional, global programs.
• Experience with large-scale software development and launches.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical PLG initiatives across the full engineering stack.
• Collaborate with Engineering design decisions and architecture reviews.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance, IT to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Update leadership on timelines, risks, and results.
• Identify dependencies and define end-to-end launch plans across functions.
• Facilitate continuous roadmap planning with Product Management and Engineering leads.
• Define program communications and lead cross-functional meetings.
