Aquent is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead enterprise website builds from kickoff to launch, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, accessibility, and performance across complex projects.

This remote, part-time role (20-30 hours per week) requires deep UX/web delivery expertise and fluency with emerging AI tools. Healthcare/health tech or medical devices experience is a plus; contract with potential for permanent hire.

Qualifications

7-10 years of digital project management experience overseeing enterprise-scale website or web app projects.
Proficiency with Agile and Scrum practices and adapting methodology to project needs.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira, including reporting and resource tracking.
Working knowledge of CMS platforms, front-end frameworks, design systems, APIs and integrations, and cloud hosting/CI/CD workflows.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and CMS content editing for quick updates.
Strong understanding of UX, accessibility standards, and web QA practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise website builds, redesigns, and migrations: scope, plan, budget, schedule, and launch.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects, using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including account managers, UX/UI designers, developers, content strategists, SEO/analytics, and client stakeholders.
Own QA: functional, cross-browser/device, content, and accessibility QA; ensure defects are triaged and resolved before launch.
Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO, security, and privacy in project plans.
Plan and manage launches and migrations, including content migration, redirects, SEO preservation, go-live readiness, and post-launch support.
Identify risks and resolve issues, managing scope, change control, and dependencies with options and recommendations.
Communicate status, risks, decisions, and next steps with teams and clients.
Apply AI thoughtfully to improve workflows and evaluate AI-assisted design/development with human review.
