Job summary

APPLY, a hybrid/remote-friendly digital delivery partner, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital programs for enterprise clients. You’ll drive Agile and hybrid approaches, manage budgets and scope, and ensure client satisfaction while championing AI-forward delivery within an agentic model.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide a PMO, balancing day-to-day details with the big picture to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency environments for enterprise clients.
• Ability to partner with senior client leadership (Director, VP, C-suite).
• Expertise in Agile and waterfall delivery frameworks with flexible approach.
• Experience with modern digital ecosystems (Headless CMS, e-commerce, loyalty, analytics).
• Strong proficiency with collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet, Google Suite.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, cloud computing and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital projects and programs from initiation to completion, managing scope, roadmaps, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Translate client outcomes into actionable plans and execution strategies.
• Own core delivery artifacts end-to-end (SOWs, plans, trackers, reports, risk/issue logs).
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies; escalate to senior stakeholders as needed.
• Adapt Agile, hybrid-Agile, or waterfall approaches to fit project needs.
• Streamline delivery workflows using AI tools and smart automation.
• Build reusable assets—prompts, templates, and best practices for PM discipline.
