Job summary

Artisan Talent is partnering with a technology consultancy to hire a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead for remote work across the United States. You will run complex enterprise web modernization engagements, building client relationships and coordinating multi-vendor teams in a healthcare-focused environment.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and staffing, using Jira Advanced Plans and Agile methods to deliver platform modernizations and digital transformations, while communicating

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years of progressive project or program management experience in an agency/consulting setting.
• Experience leading large enterprise website redesigns or modernization initiatives.
• Deep Jira and Jira Advanced Plans experience.
• Agile delivery expertise (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Strong executive communication and client management.
• Working knowledge of DXPs, APIs, and cloud hosting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phase enterprise website redesigns and digital transformations.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and staffing across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sitecore implementation partners and other vendors.
• Set up and manage Jira project boards and plan dependencies.
• Identify risks early and communicate with clients and leaders to adjust plans.
• Guide clients through organizational change and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Provide clear updates to client executives.
