Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Senior Product Designer with strong mobile UI/UX craft.
• Proven track record of designing complex data visualizations and data-rich consumer interfaces.
• Ability to work autonomously, ramp up quickly, and maintain clear cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high-impact consumer-facing mobile app experiences focused on member health outcomes.
• Create clear, actionable data visualizations to help users track and interpret their health progress.
• Translate health data and algorithms into personalized, actionable recommendations within the product.
• Integrate AI tooling and AI design workflows directly into the product experience and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to maintain high UI/UX craft during team transitions.
