Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking an experienced DFT engineer to join a high‑profile CPU core design project. You will lead chip-level DFT strategies, implement scan chains, memory BIST, and JTAG, and work with RTL, physical design, and verification teams across global sites.

Candidates should have 10+ years in DFT with TCL and Python scripting, and hands-on use of Synopsys and Siemens tools. This remote role is based in the United States with strong collaboration across the company and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in EE/CE/CS with 10+ years DFT experience.
• Hands-on with industry-standard DFT tools and scripting.
• Expert in DFT planning, SoC silicon debug, formal verification, signoff of DFT logic.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute chip-level DFT strategies for high-speed cores and multi-chiplet SIP programs.
• Implement and verify DFT features (scan chains, memory BIST, and JTAG).
• Partner with RTL, physical design, and verification teams to ensure testability.
• Script, automate, and analyze DFT flows using ATPG and fault coverage reporting.
