Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a fully remote Key DSO Dental Account Manager to recruit, onboard, retain, and manage national, regional, and mid-sized Dental Support Organizations (DSOs). You will be the primary relationship owner for assigned DSOs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service and compliant operations.

The role requires strong sales and relationship-management skills, experience with dental networks, and the ability to influence executive-level decision makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental network recruitment or provider relations.
• Experience negotiating provider contracts.
• Experience with large dental groups, DSOs, or provider organizations.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs to strengthen Guardian's dental network.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation agreements while balancing growth and financial objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned DSOs, ensuring excellent service and ongoing partnership development.
• Present Guardian's value proposition, products, and network opportunities to executive leadership within DSOs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless DSO experience (provider relations, credentialing, compliance, operations).
• Lead onboarding and relationship management initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor provider network performance, directory accuracy, compliance, and utilization trends.
• Support re-credentialing, delegated credentialing, quality reviews, audits, and other strategic network projects.
