Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental network recruitment or provider relations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs to strengthen Guardian's dental network.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned DSOs, ensuring excellent service and ongoing partnership development.
• Present Guardian's value proposition, products, and network opportunities to executive leadership within DSOs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless DSO experience.
• Lead onboarding and relationship-management initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor provider network performance, directory accuracy, compliance, and utilization trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support re-credentialing and delegated-credentialing activities and audits.
• Identify market trends and emerging DSO opportunities; advise leadership on growth strategies.
