You will collaborate across teams to deliver compliant, high-value service. You will present Guardian's value proposition to dental executives, manage key relationships, and drive onboarding and renewal initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental network recruitment, provider relations, or direct sales.
• Experience in managed care with dental providers.
• Experience negotiating provider contracts and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs.
• Negotiate contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned DSOs and ensure excellent service.
