Guardian Life seeks a Key DSO Dental Account Manager to recruit, onboard, retain and manage national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs. You will be the primary relationship owner for DSOs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver service, ensure compliance, and strengthen Guardian's dental network.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in dental network recruitment or provider relations, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to engage executives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in dental network recruitment, provider relations, provider contracting, or direct sales.
• Experience working with dental providers in a managed care environment.
• Experience negotiating provider contracts and reimbursement arrangements.
• Experience managing relationships with large dental groups, DSOs, or provider organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs to strengthen Guardian's dental network.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned DSOs and ensure excellent service and ongoing partnership development.
• Present Guardian's value proposition, products, and network opportunities to executive leadership within DSOs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless DSO experience and lead onboarding/relationship initiatives.
• Monitor network performance, compliance requirements, and utilization trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
