Job summary

Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a Key DSO Dental Account Manager to recruit, onboard, retain, and manage national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs. You will lead provider contracting discussions, negotiate reimbursement terms, and act as the primary relationship owner for assigned DSOs.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality service and drive network growth. Travel occasionally is required as needed to support strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental network recruitment, provider relations, provider contracting, or direct sales.
• 5+ years in a managed care environment working with dental providers.
• Experience negotiating provider contracts and reimbursement arrangements.
• Experience managing relationships with large dental groups, DSOs, or provider organizations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs to strengthen Guardian's dental network.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation agreements.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned DSOs, ensuring service quality and ongoing partnership development.
• Present Guardian's value proposition, products, and network opportunities to executive leadership within DSOs.
• Collaborate with provider relations, credentialing, compliance, operations, and network management teams.
• Lead onboarding and relationship management initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor provider network performance, directory accuracy, and utilization trends; mitigate risks.
