Deckers Brands seeks a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for HOKA to lead the NA Wholesale demand planning function. You will drive data‑driven forecasting, manage S&OP cadence, and align priorities with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to shape demand strategies and risk/opportunity actions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive demand/supply planning experience in a global multi‑channel organization.
• Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and coordinating cross‑functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing Demand Planning team with analytics, forecasting discipline, and tools.
• Manage forecasting processes and S&OP cadence; align cross‑functional priorities.
• Influence stakeholders with data‑driven storytelling and concise recommendations.
• Develop and optimize demand planning processes to ensure alignment with financial targets.
