Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to lead end-to-end demand generation and marketing operations for the Enterprise SaaS Software business, driving pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns, ABM strategies, and tech ownership across Marketo and Salesforce.

This global role partners with the SCS marketing team and central marketing to execute growth campaigns, manage budgets, and deliver measurable ROI while aligning with revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in Demand Generation and/or Marketing Operations in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience owning/ administering Marketo and working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM data integration.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support sales enablement.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns to drive lead gen and pipeline.
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, and creative teams on messaging and assets.
• Own the marketing tech stack and ensure alignment with Salesforce for lead flow, scoring, and routing.
• Build automated dashboards to track campaign performance and marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Manage timelines, budget, and resources to deliver campaigns and revenue impact.
