Job summary

GE Vernova's Software and Controls Solutions (SCS) business is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to own end-to-end demand generation and marketing operations for our Enterprise SaaS Software portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in Demand Generation and/or Marketing Operations in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience owning/administering Marketo and working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM data integration.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support sales enablement processes.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Marketing Operations & Technology (Marketo/Salesforce): Own marketing tech stack, Marketo program strategy, build, and optimization; ensure alignment with Salesforce for lead flow, scoring, and routing.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Partner with marketing teams and agencies to ensure consistent campaign execution; optimize with data-driven results and AB testing.
