Job summary

WordPress VIP is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own and optimize always-on demand programs across lifecycle, in multi-channel campaigns. You will drive email, content and landing pages, balancing top-of-funnel activities with strong pipeline impact.

You will rapidly deploy AI-enabled insights, partner with Marketing Ops and Finance to measure performance, and lead industry-focused plays across Media, Public Sector, and Corporate segments.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B enterprise marketing experience, ideally enterprise SaaS or technology.
• Experience owning lifecycle marketing. You’ve built lifecycle programs and improved lead-to-Close/Won metrics.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and experience with A/B testing tools.
• Significant experience leading demand generation programs that shift acquisition, progression and expansion metrics.
• Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI agents and LLM-based tools as part of day-to-day workflow.
• Strong data fluency. You read dashboards, build views, and tell the story behind the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine an all‑in demand generation strategy across lifecycle, email, content syndication, and new programs.
• Run multi-channel, multi‑touch campaigns anchored to conversion and pipeline growth.
• Spot revenue opportunities and mobilize the right mix of channels for industry-focused sprints.
• Shape and govern the AI intelligence layer; brief, review, and iterate AI outputs with the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Web, Paid Media, and Integrated Marketers to execute programs.
