Kestra is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the program layer that turns product and market signals into enterprise pipeline. You will manage the demand-generation plan, multi-channel programs, and marketing’s contribution to the enterprise pipeline, with shared accountability alongside Sales.

You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Growth Engineering to translate Kestra's go-to-market strategy into campaigns that create and progress qualified

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or ABM in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on paid media experience with measurable impact.
• Analytically rigorous with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise demand-generation plan and targets.
• Design multi-channel campaigns across paid media, content, email, events.
• Own program budget, channels, sequencing, and cadence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth Engineering.
