Job summary

Omni Lab is a B2B SaaS demand gen consultancy that operates remotely in the United States. We seek a senior marketer to own cross-channel paid media strategy for mid-market and enterprise clients, guiding spend across Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and LinkedIn while aligning with CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.

You'll lead client relationships at the executive level, present performance reports, and partner with founders to craft a scalable demand gen program.

Qualifications

• Experience in-house at a B2B SaaS brand in a demand gen capacity.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience including account and strategy leadership for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of cross-channel paid media programs across search, social, and emerging channels.
• Serve as senior point of contact for multiple clients, managing paid media strategy and executive-level satisfaction.
• Host bi-weekly strategic reviews and present performance reports linking spend to outcomes.
• Develop and lead cross-channel campaign plans aligned with enterprise goals.
• Provide guidance on content strategy and optimal promotion across channels.
• Analyze data from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and translate to CRM impacts (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Lead coordination with Senior Paid Media Managers and Designers to reflect the strategy in execution.
