Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a senior B2B demand-gen leader to own the inbound and sponsorship funnel for its newsletters. You will run LinkedIn-first campaigns, ABM, retargeting, and manage HubSpot routing with an AE/SDR team.

You’ll measure qualified leads of $10K+ budgets, booked calls, and closed sponsorship revenue, while pairing creative production with data-driven optimization. This fully remote role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B demand generation with LinkedIn Ads.
• Implemented inbound funnels with $10k–$50k deal sizes and high velocity.
• Owned a pipeline or revenue target, not MQLs.
• Proficient in writing ad copy; bring 30 ads with outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch and run the LinkedIn program across audiences and retargeting.
• Turn founder's LinkedIn presence into a Thought Leader ads engine and manage creative variants.
• Sell newsletters as products with real subscriber counts and open rates.
• Build the proof factory: case studies, proof cards, and sales enablement.
• Own conversion paths, pages, forms, routing, and speed-to-lead SLAs.
• Run numbers by campaign and week with UTMs and offline conversions.
• Direct the designer/agency and oversee Meta/Google layers.
