Directive Consulting is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead performance marketing for a select SMB portfolio. You will own strategy and execution across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, interfacing with clients and driving measurable results.

As a remote-first, US-based role, you will join a tight-knit team, travel as needed, and contribute to campaigns that move the needle for tech-focused SaaS brands, with opportunity for a bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience.
• 2+ years of performance marketing experience.
• T-shaped marketer with strategic thinking and cross-channel expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB client accounts across channels.
• Manage client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
• Project manage and organize client campaigns and deliverables.
• Build relationships with client contacts and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
• Contribute to a strong SaaS-focused marketing practice.
• Drive marketing strategy, execution, and results while managing scope and timeline.
