Directive Consulting, a leading B2B marketing agency, seeks a high-performing Demand Gen Manager to own the success of SMB client portfolios. You will drive strategy and execution across paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech SaaS accounts, interfacing with clients and delivering measurable outcomes.

As a remote-first firm, you will work with up to seven accounts, travel when needed, and participate in a compensation plan that includes a base salary in the US range and a potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• World-class project manager who knows how to get things done on time and below cost.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB clients, across channels.
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
• Project manage and organize your accounts.
• Build relationships with your point of contacts.
• Deep technical knowledge of Strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
