Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management in an outsourcing/global environment.
• Experience delivering large, complex, multi-vendor initiatives with C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships with clear goals and expectations.
• Plan and execute deliveries on time, within budget, to quality standards.
• Manage Fixed Price and Time and Material engagements.
• Serve as Agile or Waterfall Project Manager, or Scrum Master as needed.
• Track progress, manage risks, and apply corrective actions.
• Control scope and budget, handling change requests per contract.
• Lead blended provider-client project teams and ensure transparent communication.
• Uphold high standards of ethics and management quality.
