Job summary

World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Remote IT Delivery Manager to lead a team of business analysts, scrum masters, and project managers in a hybrid waterfall/agile delivery environment. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to bridge business and technology objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant business analysis, project management, and project leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a people manager.
• Relevant business analysis, project management, and Agile certifications preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CSM, CSPO).
• Experience in hybrid model of waterfall and agile project delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in data flows, integrations, and cloud-based architectures (GCP & Azure).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau or similar data analysis tools. Knowledge of data modeling or software development is a plus.
• Intimate working knowledge of agile tools, preferably Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Trello, Scrumwise.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into business-friendly language.
• Familiarity with cruise ship operations or travel industry a plus.

• Set clear performance expectations and ensure delivery accountability.

• Train, mentor, and support teams in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Oversee long-range portfolio planning, milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish governance structures for decision-making, escalation, and reporting.
• Manage resources for cross-functional delivery teams and project managers.
