Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience delivering complex software initiatives.
• Strong ability to build metrics, capacity plans, and forecasts.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and organizational dynamics.
• Hands-on with agile methodologies and PM tooling.
• Working knowledge of product management fundamentals, including roadmaps.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted productivity tools like Cursor, v0, or Claude.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Build and maintain project metrics, capacity plans, and forecasts that surface improvements.
• Manage budgets and utilization strategies to maximize profitability and ROI.
• Lead stakeholder communications, balancing client expectations with project constraints.
• Maintain product management functions: roadmap, scope tradeoffs, and release planning.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams through challenges.
