Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Data Centers to lead strategic procurement of critical long lead equipment (LLE) and OFCI items for hyperscale data center projects. You will manage complex, high-value procurements, coordinate with global vendors, and drive schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

You will guide cross‑functional teams in equipment specs, total cost of ownership, and compliance with industry standards, while mentoring staff and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7–10 years in data center construction, mission-critical equipment procurement, or related PM roles.
• Experience managing equipment procurement for multimillion-dollar data center packages.
• Proven ability to coordinate with design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for mission-critical data center equipment across concurrent projects.
• Develop and implement LLE/OFCI procurement programs aligned with schedules and budgets.
• Negotiate terms, delivery schedules, and SLAs with global manufacturers and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and report procurement status to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and present procurement status to executives.
