Job summary

JLL, a leading real estate services firm, seeks a Senior Program Manager for Data Centers to lead strategic procurement of long lead equipment and OFCI items across hyperscale and enterprise facilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and ensure schedules align with aggressive construction timelines.

You will mentor teams, negotiate with global vendors, and ensure compliance with standards such as Uptime Institute and ASHRAE while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in data center construction, mission-critical equipment procurement, or data center project management roles
• Experience in data center mechanical/electrical systems including PDU, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and fire suppression

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for mission-critical data center equipment across multiple projects
• Develop and implement LLE/OFCI procurement programs aligned with schedules, budgets, and client requirements
• Negotiate complex commercial terms, delivery schedules, and SLAs with global manufacturers
• Monitor and control multimillion-dollar procurement budgets and create detailed financial reporting
• Coordinate with design, MEP, commissioning, and construction managers for precise specs and integration
