Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Program Manager, Data Centers to lead strategic procurement for mission-critical equipment across multiple hyperscale and enterprise projects. You will negotiate with global vendors, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and align schedules with aggressive construction timelines.

You will collaborate with design, MEP engineers, and commissioning teams while mentoring junior staff and reporting to senior leadership on program performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited institution.
• 7–10 years of progressive data center procurement or project management experience.
• Experience with data center mechanical/electrical systems and high-value equipment.
• Proven track record managing $100M+ data center equipment packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for mission-critical data center equipment.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to define specs and requirements.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms and manage vendor performance across multiple projects.
• Develop procurement schedules aligned with extended lead times and construction timelines.
