Opto Talent Ltd. is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to cover a new territory across the US Central and East Coast regions.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline to close and will co-sell with Databricks account executives and solution architects. The role focuses on selling data and AI consulting services rather than pure software licenses, with emphasis on landing new logos and maintaining a forecastable pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling data and AI consulting to new logos.
• Evidence of quota attainment with new logos.
• Established relationships within the Databricks ecosystem.
• Experience with Databricks consulting partners welcomed.
• Ability to discuss data platforms, analytics, and AI in first conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a new-business territory end to end.
• Find pipeline, qualify, discovery, shape engagement, close.
• Co-sell with Databricks account executives and solution architects.
• Lead initial meetings with value propositions.
• Close engagements with delivery team.
• Forecast and maintain clean pipeline.
