Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives that bolster security posture, reduce risk, and enable business objectives.

You will partner with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, and executives to drive successful outcomes. The role emphasizes translating strategy into execution, managing risks, and delivering initiatives with measurable cybersecurity outcomes in a remote work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs in tech, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Experience leading complex cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or security initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering initiatives in domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud/Site, Network, Governance, Product/App Security, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of planning, risk, dependency, stakeholder engagement, governance, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives across domains such as Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud Security, and more.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting showing progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align execution with strategic objectives.
• Manage project scope, goals, and timeline; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage project financials with budgets, forecasts, resources, and time tracking.
• Drive accountability and resolve blockers; support vendor engagements and procurement when applicable.
• Ensure delivery artifacts and governance requirements are maintained throughout lifecycle.
• Promote consistent delivery practices while adapting to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
• Lead project teams and contractors, mentoring junior PMs.
