Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen risk posture and enable business objectives.

You will anchor projects within security domains and collaborate with cybersecurity leaders, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives to drive outcomes. The role emphasizes translating strategy into execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable, transparent delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, project teams and contractors.
• Experience leading initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience delivering initiatives in cybersecurity domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Security, etc.
• Strong knowledge of project management disciplines (planning, risk, dependency, governance, reporting).
• Experience developing executive-level communications and status reports.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, or investment-funded initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives across domains such as Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, Network Security, Cloud Security, and more.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting for visibility into progress and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align project execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, goals, and timeline with alignment to objectives and budgets.
• Oversee project financials with portfolio management for budgets and resource allocations.
• Drive accountability and resolve blockers; support vendor engagements and procurement when applicable.
• Maintain delivery artifacts, governance requirements, and project controls throughout lifecycle.
• Promote consistent delivery practices across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
• Lead project teams and contractors; mentor junior PMs.
