Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive strategic cybersecurity initiatives from planning to implementation and operational transition.

You will partner with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives to deliver outcomes that reduce risk and improve compliance. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years leading cross-functional projects, teams and contractors within technology, cybersecurity, risk or related disciplines.
• Experience managing initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading complex technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or security-related initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering initiatives in domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud/Network/App/Government security, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project management disciplines: planning, risk management, dependency management, governance, reporting.
• Experience developing executive-level communications, status reporting, and decision-support materials.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed environments.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, or investment-funded initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments.
• Fluency in ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives related to identified cybersecurity domains and security architecture.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting with clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align project execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, goals, and timeline; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage project financials with portfolio management: budgets, forecasts, and time tracking.
• Drive accountability and resolve blockers; support vendor engagements and procurement planning as needed.
• Ensure delivery artifacts and governance requirements are maintained throughout lifecycle.
• Promote consistent delivery practices while adapting Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid as needed.
• Lead project team(s) and contractors; mentor junior PMs.
