Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives, translating strategy into execution and aligning stakeholders around outcomes.

You will partner with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives to drive risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and resilient capabilities while managing budgets, timelines, and risks in a remote-capable environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs in technology or cybersecurity.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience across domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Cloud/Network/Application Security, or Governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, and business stakeholders.
• Drive execution in areas like IAM, SecOps, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud Security, and Governance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, and executive updates.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting with visibility into progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, goals, and timeline with approved objectives.
• Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, and time tracking with Portfolio management.
• Drive accountability for commitments and resolution of blockers.
• Support vendor engagements, procurement activities, and implementation planning when applicable.
• Ensure delivery artifacts and governance requirements are maintained throughout lifecycle.
