You will partner with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, and executives to deliver impactful outcomes. The role emphasizes risk reduction, control coverage, remediation, and capability maturity while coordinating across teams and vendors in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Experience leading complex tech, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or security initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering initiatives in domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Cloud/Network/Application/AI Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PM disciplines: planning, risk, dependency, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting.
• Experience developing executive communications and status reports.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, or investment-funded initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) for project financials, forecasting, resource allocation, and time tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives across domains such as Identity & Access Management, Threat Detection & Response, Network Security, Cloud Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation and response plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting with clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership and executives.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align project execution with objectives and roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, goals, and timeline; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage project financials with portfolio management, including budgets, forecasts, allocations, and time tracking.
• Drive accountability and resolve issues and blockers; support vendor engagements and procurement when needed.
• Ensure delivery artifacts and governance requirements are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote consistent delivery practices while adapting to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
• Lead project teams and contractors, mentoring junior PMs.
